Writing
 

  • Plan, write, edit, test and improve copy for modal dialogues and chatbots, call-to-action buttons, notification and error messages, navigational and menu nomenclature, banner and alert messaging, captions, tooltips and all other web and app interfaces.

  • Conceive, write, produce, edit and improve content for websites, modal flows, digital publications, campaign landing pages, emails and social media channels.

  • Edit and review content produced by other team members for editorial style, grammar, voice, consistency, readability and adherence to content strategy and standards.

 

Strategy

 

  • Work with UX designers, product and marketing managers, stakeholders, developers, and web operations team to continually iterate, analyze and improve content and UX.

  • Assess client requests for updates and changes. Recommend components and content flow (including modal dialogues), page design and CTA button placement/function.

  • Partner with the UX designer to redesign site components, maintaining a user-focused approach that follows brand and style guidelines.

 

Research and development

 

  • Evaluate competitive and emerging approaches to identify best practices and encourage innovation.

  • Partner with the UX designer to analyze qualitative and quantitative user research to inform content strategies, including journey mapping, site analytics, personas, user testing, focus groups, A/B testing, and business analysis to drive improvements.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative audits to identify redundant, outdated, and trivial content.

  • Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to inform content design decisions and information flow.
